How do I sign in?

MindVault uses passwordless sign-in. Choose Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or enter your email to receive a one-time sign-in link. There is no separate registration step, your account is created automatically the first time you sign in.

Why can't I find a password login?

MindVault does not use passwords for sign-in. The optional password field in Settings is a backup credential only, it does not enable password sign-in.

My magic link isn't working.

Magic links expire after a period of time and can only be used once. If a link has expired or was already used, request a new one from the sign-in screen.

Does MindVault sync across my devices?

Yes. Your ideas, goals, tasks, and projects sync automatically once you are signed in.

How do AI features work?

AI features are optional and only run when you explicitly trigger them. MindVault never runs AI automatically in the background.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings. This permanently removes your account and all associated data, including ideas, goals, tasks, and projects.
